The Studio
A house should hold you the way light holds a wall — softly, and without asking.
Founded in Hyderabad, Aurea Living is a design-and-build atelier where European precision meets Indian craft. Architects, interior designers and our own master carpenters work as one team — so the drawing reaches your site unwatered, and the site reaches the promised date.

What We Do
Six crafts, one contract.
How We Work
The Aurea Process
01
Discovery
We study your site in daylight and at dusk, map how each family member lives in it, and agree on a budget envelope before a single line is drawn.
02
Design
Concept direction, photoreal 3D visualisation of every key room, and material boards you can touch — revised with you until it feels inevitable.
03
Curate
Stone slabs chosen in person, joinery detailed millimetre by millimetre, fabrics, art and lighting sourced from our craft partners across India.
04
Execute
Our own site teams, weekly photo-reports and a live cost sheet.
05
Style & Handover
Staging, art, linen and lighting scenes — then the keys, a documented warranty folder and aftercare that answers the phone.
Kind Words
From the homes we've lived in.
“Aurea turned our villa into a home that feels quietly grand — every evening, the light does something new to these walls.”
Ananya & Rohan Reddy
The Monolith Residence, Jubilee Hills
“The most disciplined site execution we have seen in Hyderabad. Handover on the promised day, with styling done to the last shelf.”
Keerthana Rao
The Glasshouse Penthouse, Banjara Hills
“They designed our HITEC City office to feel warm, not corporate. Clients walk in and ask who did it.”
